Our Main Classes:
Adult Jiu Jitsu (All Levels)
- Includes a warm-up, technique, and sparring session
- Open to all levels but a note on more complicated techniques are included
Adult Krav Maga (Ages 15-65+)
- While this is more for adults, kids are welcome to join as long as they come with parents/guardians
- Focus is on street style self-defense, striking, and stress drills
Adult Combat Fitness: (Ages 15 – 65+)
- While this is more for adults, kids are welcome to join as long as they come with parents!
- Focus is on ground and stand-up striking techniques.
