Our Jiu Jitsu Classes:
Adult Jiu Jitsu (All Levels)
- Includes a warm-up, technique, and sparring session
- Open to all levels but a note on more complicated techniques are included
Kids Jiu Jitsu (Ages 4-6)
- While this is suited for kids 4-6 yo, we are open to considering 3yos as well
- Focus is on the basics and foundation of Jiu Jitsu
Kids Jiu Jitsu (Ages 4-15)
- Mixed age groups and various techniques will be taught
Kids Jiu Jitsu (Ages 10-15)
- Focus is on sparring and enhanced techniques
