Sparks MMA ("Sparks," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect, how we use it, and how we may share it when you interact with our website, submit an inquiry, request information, or otherwise communicate with us.

Information We Collect

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you interact with us, including when you complete a form, request information, sign up for a class or trial, respond to communications, or otherwise contact us.

This information may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, age or date of birth, and other information you choose to provide. If you register or inquire about our programs for a child, we may also collect information about the child that you provide as a parent or legal guardian.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may also collect information related to class registrations, trial bookings, membership administration, attendance, waivers, and transactions. Payment information may be collected and processed by our payment service providers. We may receive limited transaction information, such as payment status and transaction details, as needed to manage our services.

We may also collect certain information automatically when you visit our website, such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, and information about how you interact with the website. We may use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies for website functionality, analytics, advertising, and measuring the effectiveness of our marketing.

We encourage you to provide only the information reasonably necessary for your inquiry, registration, or other requested service.

How We Use Your Information

We may use the information we collect to:

Respond to inquiries and requests for information.
Schedule and manage trial classes, classes, memberships, and other services you request.
Communicate with you about your inquiry, trial, membership, classes, or other services.
Process payments and transactions, where applicable.
Send marketing and promotional communications where permitted by applicable law and in accordance with any consent requirements.
Improve our website, programs, services, and communications.
Maintain the security and functionality of our website and services.
Comply with applicable laws and legal obligations and protect our rights, property, and safety.

We may also use information as reasonably necessary to administer attendance, manage membership records, prevent fraud, and maintain our business operations, where applicable.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share personal information with trusted service providers that help us operate our business, website, communications, advertising, scheduling, payment processing, and other services. These providers may process information on our behalf and are expected to use it only for the purposes for which it is provided or as otherwise permitted by law.

Depending on the services we use, the categories of recipients may include:

Service providers that help us operate our website, manage inquiries and registrations, schedule classes, process payments, maintain records, and send communications.
Analytics and advertising providers that help us understand website usage, measure advertising performance, or deliver and measure advertisements, where enabled.
Professional advisers and authorities, including lawyers, accountants, regulators, and law enforcement, when disclosure is reasonably necessary for legal compliance or the protection of rights, property, or safety.

We may also disclose information when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, or governmental requests, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Sparks, our customers, or others.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, certain disclosures to advertising or analytics providers may be considered "sharing" or targeted advertising under some privacy laws, depending on the information involved and how it is used. Where required by applicable law, we will provide the relevant notice and choices.

Marketing Communications

We may use your email address or phone number to communicate with you about our programs, services, promotions, or special offers, subject to applicable law and any required consent.

We may contact you about your inquiry, trial class, registration, membership, or other services you request. Where permitted by applicable law, we may also send marketing communications about our programs, events, promotions, and special offers.

Where required, we will obtain your consent before sending marketing text messages or other communications that require consent. Providing a phone number or submitting an inquiry does not, by itself, mean that you have consented to receive recurring promotional text messages.

You may opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying "STOP." You may also contact us directly to request that we stop sending marketing communications.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link provided in the message or contact us directly. We will process opt-out requests as required by applicable law.

Opting out of marketing communications does not necessarily prevent us from sending non-marketing or service-related communications, such as messages regarding a scheduled class, membership, transaction, or inquiry.

Service-related communications will be limited to those reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, administer your membership, or provide a service you have requested, subject to applicable law.

Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to help the website function, understand how visitors use the website, measure advertising effectiveness, and support advertising or remarketing. We may use third-party services, including advertising and analytics providers, for these purposes.

Depending on the tools enabled on our website, these technologies may collect information such as your IP address, device or browser identifiers, pages visited, referring website, and interactions with our website or advertisements.

These providers may collect information about your interaction with our website or advertisements in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable law.

Certain information may be provided to third-party analytics or advertising providers under their respective privacy practices. Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice and choices regarding nonessential cookies, targeted advertising, or similar tracking technologies. You may also be able to manage cookies through your browser settings, although disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality.

Children's Privacy

Sparks offers programs for children, and parents or legal guardians may provide information about their children when requesting information, registering for a trial, or enrolling a child in our programs. We do not knowingly request that children under 13 independently submit personal information through our website. Where applicable, we rely on parents or legal guardians to provide information on behalf of children and to provide any consent required by applicable law.

Parents and legal guardians should submit inquiries, register children, and provide information on their behalf where appropriate. We collect information about children only as reasonably necessary to respond to a parent's or guardian's inquiry, arrange a trial class, administer enrollment, or provide our programs.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through online services in circumstances requiring parental consent without obtaining the required consent.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate parental involvement or consent, please contact us so that we can review the matter and take appropriate action.

If we determine that personal information has been collected in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, we will take appropriate steps, including deletion where required.

How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmitting or storing information electronically can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website or communications may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. Those third parties have their own privacy policies and practices, and Sparks is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing personal information.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, respond to inquiries, maintain business and transaction records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected. When personal information is no longer reasonably necessary for these purposes, we will delete it, de-identify it, or otherwise dispose of it securely, subject to applicable legal requirements and legitimate record keeping needs.

Your Privacy Choices

You may contact us to request information about the personal information we maintain about you, request correction of inaccurate information, or ask us to delete information where appropriate and permitted by applicable law. You may also opt out of marketing communications as described above.

To submit a privacy request, please contact us using the contact details below and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity or authority to act on behalf of another person before responding. Certain information may be retained where permitted or required by law, including for legal compliance, security, recordkeeping, and dispute resolution.

We will review and respond to privacy requests in accordance with applicable law.
