Our Youth Martial Arts classes will teach your child self-defense skills, improve their focus and discipline, and help them gain confidence. We guide them through various martial arts training as they discover themselves and life outside their homes. Through our instructors, your child will begin their journey by mastering the basics and foundation of martial arts. Through time, they will learn to practice this and apply their skills and knowledge in school, home, and life outside.
Our Main Classes:
Youth Jiu Jitsu (Ages 4-6)
- While this is suited for kids 4-6 yo, we are open to considering 3yos as well
- Focus is on the basics and foundation of Jiu Jitsu
Youth Jiu Jitsu (Ages 4-15)
- Mixed age groups and various techniques will be taught
Youth Jiu Jitsu (Ages 10-15)
- Focus is on sparring and enhanced techniques
Other Classes for Kids:
*Adult Combat Fitness: (Ages 15 – 65+)
- While this is more for adults, kids are welcome to join as long as they come with parents!
- Focus is on ground and stand-up striking techniques.
*Adult Krav Maga (Ages 15-65+)
- While this is more for adults, kids are welcome to join as long as they come with parents/guardians.
- Focus is on street style self-defense, striking, and stress drills
